Water Master Rafts are extremely well made and will hold up for many years for the use for which they are designed. Big Sky Inflatables guarantees each new Water Master Raft and its seams, materials, and permanent parts to be free from defects in said materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifetime of the raft. All defective rafts should be sent to us for evaluation, and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge. The judgment of Big Sky Inflatables factory trained experts is final as to the extent of the liability or need for repair or replacement. Rips, burns, tears, damages due to normal wear and tear, improper care, accident, misuse, excessive heat and UV damage or the natural breakdown of materials over time are not covered by the warranty but can be repaired for a reasonable fee at Big Sky Inflatables discretion. This warranty does not apply to products with unauthorized alterations or modifications, or if the raft is used for a purpose for which it is not designed. This warranty can be void if the boat is structurally altered or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the fabric, seams, and/or permanent parts.

The warranty described above shall be in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The parties agree that the owner’s sole exclusive remedy against Big Sky Inflatables shall be for repair or replacement as provided herein. The buyer agrees that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for lost profit, lost sales or any other incidental or consequential loss) shall be available to the buyer. The buyer and user of Big Sky Inflatable product is responsible for determining its suitability for any and all selected uses and assumes all risks in connection therewith. Always use an approved personal floatation device.
